Terms and Conditions: Black Friday Promotion
Effective Dates: Monday, November 25th – Friday, November 29th, 2024.
By participating in this Black Friday promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. General Terms
- Eligibility: This promotion is valid exclusively for new agreements signed during the promotional period. Discounts apply only to yearly billing agreements and cannot be applied to monthly plans.
- Discount Details:
- A 25% Black Friday Discount is applied to the original monthly user fee.
- An additional 20% Annual Discount is always included for yearly billing agreements, resulting in a total discount of 40%.
- Final pricing is reduced to $27/user per month, down from the original $45/user per month.
- Payments Commitment: Participation in this promotion requires a payments commitment, which will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the Edvisor Sales team.
- How to Subscribe: To access this promotion, you must:
- Schedule a call with an Edvisor representative during the Black Friday promotional week to negotiate your payments commitments.
- Subscribe to the annual plan during the promotional period (November 25th–29th, 2024).
2. Requirements for Schools and Agencies
- Schools: Submit all required KYC documents and activate your Global Account within the deadlines agreed upon with the Sales team.
- Agencies: Meet a minimum threshold of processed payments through EdWallet by the agreed deadlines to ensure activation.
3. Discount Duration and Renewal Terms
- Duration: Discounts apply only to the first year of the agreement.
- Renewals: After the first year, pricing will revert to the standard published rates unless an extended discount is negotiated with the Edvisor Sales team in accordance with agreements around payments.
4. Additional Notes
- Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers or custom pricing outside of this Black Friday promotion.
- Agreements and payment commitments are subject to approval by the Edvisor Sales team.
