Terms and Conditions: Black Friday Promotions 2024

These Terms and Conditions govern the Black Friday promotions for Edvisor Distribute. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. General Terms

  • Eligibility: Promotions are available exclusively for new subscriptions.
  • Discount Duration: Discounts apply exclusively to the first year of the agreement. After the first year, pricing reverts to standard published rates unless otherwise negotiated with Edvisor Sales.
  • Payment Requirements: Annual payments must be made upfront unless otherwise outlined in the “Expert Plan for the Price of Pro” offer.
  • Non-Combination Clause: Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or custom pricing outside the promotional period.

2. Promotion 1: 50% Discount on Expert Annual Plan

  • Discount Details: A 37.5% discount is applied to the original monthly cost of $585, with an additional 20% annual discount, reducing the final cost to $292.50/month when billed annually.
  • How It Works: Subscriptions must be finalized and paid in full during the promotional period.

3. Promotion 2: Expert Plan for the Price of Pro (with Payment Commitment)

  • Discount Details: The Expert Plan is offered at $184/month, matching the annual pricing of the Pro Plan.
  • Payment Commitments:
    • Payment commitments are tailored individually.
    • Schools must complete and submit KYC documents and activate their Global Account by the deadlines agreed with Edvisor.
    • Schools must meet a minimum threshold of processed payments via EdWallet / Payment tools within the specified period to ensure account activation.

4. Additional Provisions

  • Agreement Terms: All agreements are subject to approval by the Edvisor Sales team, and custom payment commitments are binding.
  • Discount Limitations: Discounts are valid only for the first 12 months. Extensions of discounted pricing require renegotiation with Sales.
  • Cancellation Policy: By committing to an annual plan, you agree to pay the full amount for the 12-month period, regardless of early termination or discontinuation of use.
  • Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to existing contracts unless explicitly upgraded during the promotional period.

5. Key Deadlines

  • Black Friday Promotion Period: Offers are valid only from Monday, 25th November 2024, to Friday, 29th November 2024.
  • KYC and Activation Deadlines: Schools must submit required documents, and agencies must meet payment processing requirements as agreed with Sales.
