This role is for a goal-oriented individual who has the drive to help support and grow our business across the region. School Success Managers are responsible for the day to day account management of clients that can include a broad range of tasks including maintaining ongoing customer relationships, commercial agreement negotiations, contributing to sales, training clients and minimizing churn. You should be able to provide insights on our client’s and the wider market, improve customer experience through product solutions and handle customer complaints and requests.
Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude of learning and using new technologies and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal School Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value and create strategies to grow our customer base.
🔹 Managing, developing and maintaining B2B relationships with new and existing partners to expand and strengthen Edvisor’s presence in market.
🔹 Developing and implementing strategies to drive transactions through the Edvisor platform (insurance, accommodation, course bookings, payments, etc).
🔹 Understanding agency and school operations and helping them thrive through Edvisor
🔹 Monitoring the use of the platform by our partners ensuring that they understand and use all functions of the platform in their operations
🔹 Providing quick and concise solutions to requests registered by clients
🔹 Proposing and implementing improvements in processes and procedures directly related to the customer’s experience
🔹 Carrying out partner training ensuring 100% of use of the platform
🔹 Anticipating customers issues, creating solutions adaptable to their business model
What we are after
🔹 More than 3 years of experience in the international education industry
🔹 University undergraduate degree
🔹 C1 English level if not a native speaker
🔹 Proven success in customer service and/or support roles
🔹 Experience working with CRMs
🔹 Drive to innovate
🔹 Ability to self manage
🔹 Critical and analytical thinking
🔹 Ability to create and implement strategies
🔹 Confident and outgoing
🔹 Organized and extremely self-motivated
