Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Edvisor Rewards?
Edvisor Rewards is designed to help Educators strengthen existing partnerships and build new relationships with Edvisor agencies they may not be working with yet.
Through Edvisor Rewards, agencies generate points by selling on Edvisor and, by participating as an educator in this scheme, you’ll be available to the agencies that meet your specific criteria.
This means that you’ll have the option to target or exclude specific regions or agency profiles, so we can ensure your scholarship contribution reaches the partners most relevant to you and your recruitment goals.
2. How can my institution participate?
To participate in Edvisor Rewards, simply submit your details through the Edvisor Rewards form. We’ll ask for a few key pieces of information, such as:
What type of course you’d like to offer
(e.g. General English, intensive, morning only, afternoon only, etc)
When the scholarship should be used
(e.g. valid until end of 2026, excluding June–August summer weeks)
Which agency profiles or regions to prioritise or exclude
(are there any specific agencies connected to you via Edvisor that would be strategic to engage with?)
How the scholarship distribution should be structured
(e.g. offered in fixed 4-week blocks, or flexible?)

Once submitted, your scholarship details will be available for agencies that meet your criteria to redeem.
As the scholarship provider, you will ensure that the bookings submitted by agencies align with your institution’s terms and conditions.
3. What happens when an agency receives a scholarship?
When an agency redeems a scholarship, our team will introduce the agency to your team and provide the scholarship certificate, outlining the number of weeks awarded and confirming the terms as established by your institution.
It’s then up to your team to engage, train, and support the agency to help them use the scholarship effectively.
Please note: Edvisor does not take responsibility for training the agency or managing follow-up.4. How do agencies submit bookings for the scholarship?
Agencies will submit student applications or bookings through their Edvisor platform.
Once submitted, you will receive these bookings through your Edvisor Distribute platform in the ‘Applications’ section. This ensures that all bookings are processed seamlessly and align with your scholarship terms.
5. How will the weeks I donate be distributed?
Scholarship weeks will be allocated by Edvisor to top-performing agencies based on the criteria you set when submitting your scholarship details.
You can guide us on which markets or agency profiles to target, and you can also choose to allocate all your scholarship weeks to one agency or split them into blocks of 4.
6. Do scholarships expire?
The expiration date of your scholarship is set by you when submitting the details. You can decide when the scholarship should expire, ensuring it fits with your institution’s schedule.
7. What happens if the agency is unresponsive or never uses their scholarship?
If an agency doesn’t use their scholarship, Edvisor will continue to facilitate introductions between educators and agencies.
However, it’s the agency’s responsibility to submit the scholarship along with a student booking.
Educators are encouraged to provide ongoing support and partnership management to ensure scholarships lead to student bookings.
8. Can I see how many students were successfully enrolled using the scholarship?
Edvisor will provide regular updates on how your scholarship contributions are being utilized and any student enrollments that result from them.
9. Are there any fees to participate in Edvisor Rewards?
