Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • Participation is available to agencies with an active Edvisor for Agents with no outstanding payments.

  • Only insurance transactions completed on Edvisor for Agents or payment transactions completed on EdWallet are eligible to earn points.

2. Point Accumulation:

  • Points are calculated based on the amount of insurance days purchased or USD incoming to EdWallet via Student Payments or Corporate Payments. 

  • Points do not expire and points not claimed in a quarter will be transferred into the next quarter.

  • Point rates and multipliers may vary based on transaction type and your current reward tier.

  • Edvisor reserves the right to audit and adjust points in cases of cancellations, refunds, or system misuse.

3. Reward Redemption:

  • Points can be redeemed in blocks of 10,000 points, which equates to a 1-week scholarship or the equivalent value of approximately $250 USD. Please note that the actual value may vary depending on the pricing at the participating school.

  • Rewards are redeemed as a unique Credit Note for the participating school of the agency’s choosing.

  • Credit notes are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the individual school. Schools may apply their own requirements or limitations, which can include, but are not limited to, course start dates, campuses, and other specific conditions.

 

4. Redemption Conditions:

  • Scholarships apply exclusively to tuition and have a minimum duration of 1 week and a maximum duration of 8 weeks to ensure fair access and distribution.

  • Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed by submitting the student application on Edvisor for Agents and attaching the respective Credit Note with the application.

  • Redemption is only valid if final payment to the school is made via  EdWallet.

5. Boosts & Tiers:

  • Your tier is determined by the number of points accumulated per calendar quarter.
  • Higher tiers offer collection boosts that multiply your point earnings.

 

6. Program Modifications:

  •  Edvisor reserves the right to update the program terms, point calculations, tier definitions, and partner availability at any time.

  • Agencies will be notified in advance of any significant changes related to accumulation methods, redemption rules, or tier requirements.


Appendix – Q3 2025 Promotion: 2-for-1 Points Multiplier

  • A 2x points multiplier is currently in effect for a limited time during Q3 2025. Participating agencies will receive double points for the following eligible transactions:

    • Agencies will receive double points when completing the following:

      • Student Payments and Corporate Payments processed via EdWallet

      • Insurance transactions with the following providers:

        • GuardMe

        • Bupa Allianz

        • NIB

        • Study Insured

  • This promotion is valid until September 30th, 2025.
