Frequently Asked Questions

Once you sign up for the Edvisor Rewards program, you'll automatically start earning points every time you process payments or sell insurance through Edvisor.

Here’s what counts:

  • Student payments via EdWallet or other payment tools on the platform

  • Corporate payments processed through EdWallet

  • Insurance sales, including OSHC and Guard.me

Each transaction type has its own point value. You can redeem your points in buckets of 10,000.

You can redeem points for exclusive scholarship weeks at partner schools. You can use these to:

  • Offer a free or discounted week to students
  • Claim 100% commission on eligible bookings
  • Boost your competitiveness and close deals faster

The more points you earn, the more you level up 🚀

As your agency keeps booking insurance and processing payments, you’ll move through our reward tiers — and each new level gives you a boost, so you earn even more points per transaction.

Just like airline programs, reaching Platinum means more recognition, better rewards, and a clear sign you’re a top-performing agency.

Points don’t expire, but you can only redeem them in bundles of 10,000. 

Every month, you’ll receive an email with your current points balance and tier status.

If you ever want to check your status in between, just reach out to your Account Manager or our Support Team — they’ll be happy to help.

For now, once you reach 10,000 points (the minimum redemption threshold), simply contact your Edvisor Account Manager. They’ll share the list of available rewards so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
