Andrew Mangion is the Executive Chairman & CEO and a major shareholder of the EC Group. He acquired equity in the fledgling company in 1997 and grew the organization into one of the leading international education players. Andrew was the CEO of EC from 1997 until 2009, moved into the Chairman role from 2009 until the present day and returned to the CEO role again in 2019. Prior to joining EC he worked for an international trading company with offices in Russia, India, Dubai, the Baltics and Malta, running their Indian and later Baltic operations.

Juan Camilo Gutierrez has over 8 years of experience as a successful international education agent. In 2007, he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from EAFIT University in his hometown Medellin. After pursuing his dream of acquiring an Executive MBA as an International student at The University of Greenwich in London, UK, he received the opportunity to start working for Viajes y Viajes as a regional manager at the Bogota office. 8 years of working in the education industry gave Juan Camilo the opportunity to touch many lives and assist students with their dreams of studying abroad and becoming internationally educated world citizens.

Reka has been working in the international education industry for 25 years. She started as an educational consultant sending students abroad from Hungary and when she moved to London in 2003, she worked as the Marketing Director of a chain school. When ALTO became an independent association in 2010, the Board approached her with an opportunity to assist them overseeing the membership and looking after all aspects of operation. It has been a great experience for Reka working with the “crème de la crème” of the industry, seeing how closely knit and supportive industry players are even in the most challenging times we’ve ever experienced in our lives.

Growing up as the youngest child in a host family in Edinburgh, Scotland, Ben has been around international students for as long as he can remember. When it came to pursuing a career within the international education industry, Ben followed in his family's footsteps and has worked in a variety of roles within schools including accommodation, enrolments, marketing, sales, operations, activity leading and teaching! As the Director of School Success at Edvisor, he and his team work to ensure the educators using Edvisor have successful experiences and help achieving the best results.
