Martijn started his career in international education and student travel as a sector association manager at the World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation (WYSETC), followed by 8.5 years as the Global Director of the UNESCO-endorsed International Student Identity Card (ISIC) based in Amsterdam. After working for 4 years as the Founder and Managing Director of ‘Student Card Service Japan’, Martijn joined ICEF in 2019 as Vice President of Business Development. He initiated and oversaw several strategic growth projects and initiatives covering business development areas such as Student&Youth travel, E-learning, Edtech, Digital Student Recruitment, International Student Insurance, Financing & Accommodation, and Student Destination Marketing. Martijn hosts the monthly ICEF Podcast and ICEF Webinars and is a frequent speaker on digital solutions in International Education.

Nadine has spent over 20 years in progressively senior roles, from teaching to academic operations in the international education space. Her main areas of focus are pathways to higher education, pathways to careers, student outcomes, skills training and the future of the workforce. In her current role as VP of Operations - Canada at ILSC Education Group, Ms. Baladi leads the growth and quality operations of Greystone College and ILSC Language Schools, with campuses located in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. She sits as an elected director on the board of Career Colleges Ontario and the National Association of Career Colleges. She also serves as an elected commissioner with the Commission on English Language Programs Accreditation (CEA), has served as President of EnglishUSA, and has been Commissioner at ACCET.

Felipe Garcés is a chemical engineer, with an MBA and a specialization in international business. Also, a South American specialist with extensive contacts throughout the Spanish-speaking regions. He has worked in international education for over 18 years. Felipe worked for 10 years at a UK Based ESL institution and is now an education agent. Elizabeth (Beth) Drake is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Amerigo Education. Amerigo delivers homestay and residential secondary programs in the U.S. and Canada. In her current role, she leads a global team to execute the marketing functions and deliver on the sales goals for the organization. Prior to joining Amerigo in 2021, Beth was the COO at UTP High Schools overseeing business development and operations for a consortium of secondary schools in the U.S. Beth started her career with CIEE and then moved on to Study Group, where she was based in Sydney, Australia for 7 years.

Alexandre Argenta is the CEO and founder of Travelmate Intercâmbio, with multiple offices in Brazil since 2002. He has been working in the international education industry since 1994 and is the current President of BELTA. As a former U.S. high school student in 1992/1993, he has a strong academic background in international business.

Growing up as the youngest child in a host family in Edinburgh, Scotland, Ben has been around international students for as long as he can remember. When it came to pursuing a career within the international education industry, Ben followed in his family's footsteps and has worked in a variety of roles within schools including accommodation, enrolments, marketing, sales, operations, activity leading and teaching!
