Bruno Perron
Founder and President at CLASS Education
Bruno Perron is an entrepreneur, founder, and president of CLASS Education. Originally from Quebec and a graduate of Concordia University in Montreal, he arrived in Mexico in 1994 with the mission of transforming lives through student mobility. Inspired by the newly signed North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between Canada, the U.S., and Mexico, he founded CLASS Education to connect both countries through study opportunities.
Lucia Quigley
Senior Account Manager
Lucia has been part of the GuardMe team since 2014. She brings over 20 years of experience in the international education sector, with extensive knowledge in cultural diversity, student recruitment, business development, and managing clients and partners locally and globally. Lucia has collaborated with both Canadian and international institutions, developing new markets and fostering long-lasting relationships with agents, institutions, and students. She is deeply passionate about supporting international education and creating meaningful experiences for students worldwide.

Jefferson Lima is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship. For the past five years, he has specialized in international education, working with agencies, schools, and technology providers such as Edvisor, and others. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, Jefferson combines commercial vision with operational excellence, continuously contributing to the transformation of global financial ecosystems. His work is guided by a strategic outlook, anticipating changes driven by geopolitical and economic factors. With a global perspective gained through visits to key regions such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Turkey, and several European countries, Jefferson brings unique insights to every initiative he leads.
Thiago de Oliveira Gonçalves
Director
With over 15 years of experience in learning and development initiatives, he specializes in designing impactful educational solutions that drive sustainable growth for individuals, organizations, and governments. Over the past nine years, he has led the implementation and expansion of Egali in Mexico, enabling more than 5,000 Mexican students to pursue international academic experiences in destinations such as Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany, among others. His current focus is on enhancing organizational efficiency through the strategic use of artificial intelligence, particularly in optimizing customer experience and service delivery.
Marlon Fiacco
Co Director
International higher education consultant with over 11 years of experience and a background in Finance from Rider University and Rutgers University (USA). As Co-Director of Edu Consulting, he supports academic internationalization and strategic partnerships between European, American, and Latin American institutions. Currently leading student recruitment, summer programs, and institutional partnerships for Universidad Europea in Latin America, he works closely with schools, agencies, governments, and private organizations in more than 15 countries. With strong expertise in international expansion, commercial strategy, and market development, he plays a key role in building long-term academic collaborations between Europe and Latin America.
Gareth Jones
Director, International Enrolment, Recruitment & Market Development
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in international education, Gareth Jones has worked across academics, global engagement, student services, and international recruitment, building integrated approaches to enrolment strategy and student success. He currently serves as Director of International Enrolment, Recruitment & Market Development at Douglas College in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, where he leads institution-wide strategies grounded in data-driven decision-making, market diversification, and responsible growth. His international marketing and recruitment division, both on and offshore, ensures Douglas College remains a destination of choice for students from over 100 countries. Gareth’s international experience includes several years living and working in Taiwan, an early chapter in his career that strengthened his global perspective and commitment to cross-cultural engagement—values that continue to inform his leadership approach today. In a rapidly evolving international education landscape, Gareth is focused on leading change, strengthening partnerships, and advancing innovative recruitment and enrolment models that align institutional priorities with student outcomes.

2. Is there a limit on the number of attendees per organization?
Yes, there is a limit of two participants per company per event.
Each attendee must register individually. If you’d like to bring someone, please have them sign up to ensure they reserve their spot.
3. Can I attend if I’m not an Edvisor member?
Yes! We’re opening participation to members outside the Edvisor community.
